The inserts snap into the hole of the bosch plate nicely but as other reviewers have stated they are not perfectly flush. I built a router table into my tablesaw wing and bought the bosch plate for my 1617evs.

The hole pattern for bosch 1619evs is off and does not match the router. This and that plate are for the ultra budget router table setup and are not good for precise routing. Could not be happier with this set up.
